It’s almost everywhere you go here in american. I’m an american first of all so don’t trip. You see it on tv, grocery stores, work, etc. – American women treat men like crap, calling them bad names, talking down to men, acting like men are their wallets, etc.
For example, american society allows women to call men b_stards and a–holes, etc. But! If a man calls a woman a vitch, the men are looked at like they are evil or something.

As if American women aren’t looked at in the same way when they call someone a name.
It’s not just limited to Americans or just women in general. It’s human to have (or uncommon yet still human to not have) emotions that spark someone to call someone a name.
I don’t know why I’m even trying to answer a question like this, lmao.
Why do controlling men (in America) talk down to women? because they are assholes and bastards that’s why.
Welcome to one of many countries women don’t fear the men and treat them the same as most men treat them.
Perks of living in an equitable society. Women have the same luxury now of treating men as sex objects, and as you pointed out, punching bags, the same way men have done to them for eons.

Why do people make generalizations about everyone and expect not be seen as a-holes themselves? I’m fine with guys calling girls bitches if they really are, just as I am if girls call guys bastards who deserve it. Anecdotal experience is not reliable – don’t use your one or two experiences with this to generalize about all Americans – how would you like that?
It’s not just in the US and it’s not just women. Women and Men all over the world choose not to respect each other. How can you even say that when some of today’s music blatantly refers to women as “hos”. Hello, I’d rather be known as the Goddess Queen Bit@h of the universe than a ho.
The misgivings go both ways. Are today’s women nicey nicey and polite adhering to mans “dominion” NOPE. Not now, it anything we are going to complete opposite extremes.
Today women with the same education and experience still make less than men in the work force. We not only are expected to produce income, have children, raise said children, keep the house, cook the meals and put out when hubby wants but what, you want us to do so graciously? We’re the rightfully bit@chy!
Now, there are some women and I say SOME who are just awful have babies just for the child support checks, scabs who do what ever to try to get what another woman has earned through the spouse. There always were, and always will be those types. Just pretend they aren’t there.
Also, some men, have testosterone poisoning and thing they have to conquer every female that walks by, no one calls them a slut, no, they are considered studs. WTF EVER.

Well, I think you could say that’s a general stereotype first of all, because of coarse not everyone is like that.
Second, it pretty much goes both ways. America is a big country and every place is sooooo different (i have lived in many parts of this country so I know this) and in some places it’s the complete opposite of what you say. It’s the men who call women the names and the women can’t say anything.
Actually, my mother is from TX and my father from KY. Their whole thinking is so opposite from eachother, it’s crazy XD
so I think situations like that depends on what part of the country people are from and how they were raised.
