I’ve been to a strip club and you know who I think was the winner? The strippers my wallet was empty and they were holding it! Heck I even gave the ugly strippers money b/c I felt bad for them and wanted to boost their self esteem.

I’m afraid you are misinformed. My Aunt Catherine was a feminist stripper in Baltimore. Advocating women’s rights has nothing to do with one’s occupation.
Feminist hate strippers because strippers are young and beautiful and men actually want to look at them and not some old hag in a business suit with sagging boobs and all her hair hacked off.

Any kind of job can be exploitative when the workers aren’t working under the right conditions (farming, working in a factory, being a janitor).. unfortunately because strippers are associated with ’sex’, they are stigmatized

I would not say I hate strippers, but it is a somewhat distasteful way to earn a living. If I had a daughter, I would not be thrilled if she became a stripper.

I don’t hate strippers, but I DO think that stripping is a stupid job and a lousy way to make money. I think it shows that the woman doesn’t respect herself enough – she cares more about money than she does about her integrity, and she’s willing to sell herself to anyone who walks through the door. I think it’s immoral and that it’s immoral to go watch, too. It’s just not something I support, as you can tell. I’m glad we live in a country where a woman can choose to turn herself into a slab of meat if she wants to do so; but it’s such a shame that people are actually willing to so debase themselves.
Anyways, I don’t know if I’d say that strippers are being exploited. They are, after all, volunteering for the job and aren’t forced into it. But they are allowing themselves to be used by other people for their pleasure, in exchange for money. They’re selling themselves. It’s a lousy way to live. And for what? Money? It’s not worth it.
